Kenny Ball - President/Visionary
After more than 20 years lost in addiction, homelessness, and repeated near-death experiences, Kenny reached a place where he had nothing left but to cry out to God. What followed was a complete transformation.
Through faith, recovery, and God’s grace, his life was rebuilt from the ground up.Today, Kenny has a restored relationship with his children, a God-centered marriage, and the privilege of leading others through the same kind of recovery that once saved his life. What was once broken has been made new.
Kendra Ball - Certified Life Coach/Health Director
After walking through a seven-year battle with an eating disorder, Kendra learned firsthand that restoration is possible and that God meets us even in our deepest brokenness. What once felt like defeat became a testimony of His faithfulness and mercy.
Kendra’s life is rooted in her love for God, who is the foundation of who she is and the guide for how she lives. She is deeply grateful for her husband, whom she loves wholeheartedly, and for the gift of marriage that reflects patience, commitment, and grace.Today, Kendra lives with gratitude and a deep desire to honor God in all things, carrying her story as evidence that healing, hope, and new life are always within reach.
Tony Roberts - Pastor/Counselor
Tony is a shepherd with a heart for leading men into authentic, life-changing encounters with Jesus. For more than 15 years, he has carried a passion for seeing men restored, strengthened, and awakened to their God-given identity and purpose.
Through discipleship, encouragement, and biblical truth, Tony helps men break free from what holds them back, grow in spiritual maturity, and become the men God has called them to be. His desire is to see genuine transformation take root—changing not only how men live, but how they lead, love, serve, and walk with Christ.
Erica Downs - Administrator
Erica has served in recovery ministry for 14 years. Introduced to drugs at a very young age, she eventually found herself trapped in IV drug use and the bondage of addiction. It was in the midst of that brokenness that she came to know the Lord—and He set her free.
God met Erica in that place, restored her life, and gave her more than she ever imagined possible. Today, she lives in freedom and gratitude, using her testimony and years of experience in recovery ministry to help others discover the same hope and restoration she found in Christ. She is also the grateful mother of four beautiful children.
Eddie Correa - Director of Construction & Project Manager
Eddie has known Kenny for more than 15 years. For a season, God led them down separate paths, working in each of their lives individually. Years later, when God brought them back together, Eddie saw something different in Kenny—a life centered on serving Christ and serving others.
Feeling called to come alongside Kenny and support the mission God had placed before him, Eddie chose to put his experience in construction and working with his hands to use for a greater purpose: helping build a place where people can encounter hope, healing, and true victory in Christ. Eddie is also a proud father of four incredible children and a grandfather to one beautiful grandchild.
Today, he believes deeply that life is worth living—not only for himself, but for God and for others.
Rusty Gibson - Pastor/Counselor
After more than 25 years in bondage to alcoholism, Rusty experienced true freedom through the transforming and healing power of the Holy Spirit. His life is a testimony to God’s grace, redemption, and His power to restore what once seemed lost.
Following a successful 20-year career in medical sales, Rusty felt the Lord calling him into a new purpose: helping men discover the same freedom, healing, and restoration that he himself had experienced through Jesus Christ.John 10:10 says, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
”It is this promise of abundant life, along with the life-changing truth of God’s Word, that inspires Rusty to teach, encourage, and counsel others as they pursue freedom and develop a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Today, Rusty is passionate about walking alongside men who are seeking hope, healing, and lasting freedom, pointing them toward the One who transformed his own life—Jesus Christ.
